The Spiral Band Metal Finishing Kit

Our Spiral Band kit has been put together to enable shaping and finishing of harder to reach spots before polishing. Using our quick change 1″ spiral band system, you simply hold the knurled section of the mandrel, give it half a turn to the left, slide the band off, fit whichever type of band you wish to use, half a turn to the right to tighten it, and you’re away…no tools required. The kit comes with 120 grade ceramic abrasive bands, and Medium (Maroon) and Blue (Fine) non-woven bands, for blending, shaping of dressing literally any metal surface you can think of.

The Spiral Band Kit contains

One – 1″ x 1″ Quick Change mandrel

 Ten – 1″ x 1″ P 120 Ceramic Spiral Bands

3 – Maroon (medium) non-woven 1″ x 1″ Spiral Bands

3 – Blue (fine) non-woven 1″ x 1″ Spiral Bands
